Whether it's routine servicing, fault finding and repair or just general advice I’m here to help. I understand how important your kilns and wheels are to your creative flow, teaching schedule, or studio income. My aim is to get you back up and running quickly, safely, and with clear, honest advice - no upselling, just practical help.
I hold a current enhanced DBS check and provide services for hobbyist potters, small studios, and schools.

I often have local call-out short notice availability for troubleshooting a fault, or an urgent breakdown before a firing — so you’re not left waiting when your work (or class schedule) depends on it.​​ Please call if this is the case.

Kiln service
Who this is for... Suitable for home hobbyists, small studios and schools. Use for: Annual service, health check, safety check, pre-purchase check.
What to expect after booking.. I'll call you to confirm your booking and ask you a bit about your kiln. This is so I can be prepared and offer the best service possible. It usually takes 1-2 hours to complete the sevice. This includes talking you through the report and answering any questions you may have.
How much does it cost.. I charge £145 for a service which includes travel within a 30mile radius of Weston, Herts. Outside this area I charge 90p per mile. I only cover Herts, Beds and Cambs.
Wheel service
Who this is for... Home hobbyists, small studios and schools.
What to expect after booking.. I'll call you to confirm your booking and ask you a bit about your wheel. This is so I can be prepared and offer the best service possible. It usually takes 1-2 hours to complete the service. This includes talking you through what I've done.
How much does it cost.. I charge £65 for a service which includes travel within a 30mile radius of Weston, Herts. Outside this area I charge 90p per mile. I only cover Herts, Beds and Cambs.
